The staff provided really good service, organizing a private car for us to explore nearby attractions and offering free tea and coffee on demand. While the location was convenient, the room had a persistent damp smell was nice. Even though it served its purpose for a short stay, we struggled to keep our clothes dry due to the weather, which affected our overall experience. Having fresh fruits available was a good touch.

super base for 2 nights with incredibly friendly and outstandingly accommodating staff at the reception desk. reasonably large and functional room, a shower, a hairdryer and bath sheets in the room. a wide range of options, delightful food.

The staff assisted us in arranging a private car to explore some nearby attractions. The kids especially enjoyed the complimentary tea and coffee available throughout our stay.

My wife says that the air conditioning wasn't very effective, making it hard to sleep comfortably.

The location of the hotel was ideal for my trip, with various attractions easily accessible. The owner were great by offering me a motorbike rental at a great price, which enhanced my exploration of the area. My room was delightfully compact and clean. I particularly enjoyed the beautiful city view from my room.

The hotel was exceptionally comfortable and incredible with amazingly kind personnel at the reception desk. It had a great and perfect location near downtown, near Truong Tien Bridge. We were close enough to the citadel, bars streets, 2 greatest restaurants, and town centre.
